GREEN RIDE – The Smart E-Bike Rental Service for Your Travels and Daily Trips
GREEN RIDE is a convenient electric-assist bicycle sharing service perfect for sightseeing or short-distance travel.
Here’s a simple guide to using the service—from start to finish.
① Download the App and Register
To use the service, download the dedicated app and complete your member registration.

(No driver's license is required—these are bicycles!)
② Check Available ebikes via the App
Open the map in the app to find rental stations (ports) and available bikes near your current location.
🔁 Please note: You must return the bike to the same port you rented it from.
Returning to a different location is not allowed.
③ Unlock and Ride!
Register your credit card, select the vehicle you want to use via the app, and simply scan the QR code or enter the vehicle number to unlock with one tap. Once unlocked, you're ready to ride!

You can check the battery level and riding distance through the app.
④ Enjoy the Ride!
Travel at your own pace—no need to worry about schedules or traffic.
Feel free to make a detour or explore the city along the way.
※ Note: Available hours vary by port. Please check the details of each location in the app.
⑤ Return the Bike Where You Rented It
At the end of your ride, please make sure to return the bike to the port where you rented it.
- Return it to the original port
- Lock it manually
- Tap “End Ride” in the app and pay using your preferred method
- Rental complete!

※ Transportation IC cards (such as Suica/PASMO) are not accepted.
